Q1. When will my blog be posted? 

A1: So we have a blogging schedule where we post every Monday and Friday of the week. We post weekly and based on the order of blogs we receive we arrange them. Sometimes the blogs may be posted on a different date depending on our staff. 

 

Q2: Should I confirm my topic(s) everytime? 

A2: No, you are not required to confirm the topics with us every single time you write a blog. Only the first time you join our organization we require you to confirm a topic to see what ideas you have and to see your writing styles. After your first you are not required to confirm every time, please just submit the topic of the blog you will be writing about on our google form: https://forms.gle/46ci5vUnwttuTHKx7 this is so we make sure we do not have doubles. Although you are not required we recommend you to confirm your topic through the google form so we know how to arrange our posting schedule. 

 

Q3: Where should I add my citations and do I need it for my photos too? 

A3: Please add your citation on the bottom of your document. You can look at other blogs on our website for reference. Also; yes, you should have citations for the photos of where you got it from just in case we get contacted about plagiarism. 

 

Q4: Can I write more than 1 blog after I submit 1 blog document? 

A4: Yes, you are more than welcome to write as many as you want. If you submit within the month of when your blog was due you will receive extra hours for those who are based in the United States of America. 

 

Q5: How will I receive my presidential hour certificate? 

A5: Please contact us when you need your presidential hour certificate and we will arrange them for you accordingly. 

 

Q6: Can I receive a Presidential hour Certificate if I live out of the USA? 

A6: Unfortunately you will not be eligible for the certificate but we will send you a digital achievement certificate for being part of our organization when you contact us accordingly. We will also be sending out digital achievement certificates soon. You should receive them around the end of August 2024 to the beginning of September 2024, which will mark our one year anniversary.
