Some people have not been submitting the citations properly and we would just like to remind once again you must cite all your sources through MLA formatting. This is because this is the formal way of citing your citations and you need to give credit to where you got your sources from.
This is the link to the citation website. It's very easy to use and free. All you have to do is submit your link to the source you used and it will create the MLA format for you. https://www.mybib.com/tools/mla-citation-generator

Once again we will be sending certificates to those who have a blog uploaded on our website. If you do not you still have time so do not worry.
If you recently have joined and do not have a blog uploaded on our website do not worry because as long as you submit your blogs to be reviewed you will receive them.
We plan to send out the digital certificates around the last week of August to the beginning of September so please be patient with us.

Some people have been confused on the steps to writing the blogs so let us briefly go over
- Changing your topic: Through the process of writing if you ever change your mind you do not have to let us know, but please do note when submitting your blog that you changed your topic.
- Also, when changing your topic just make sure it has not been written about on our website

Please TYPE all blogs as a google doc or microsoft word.
Sometimes you may question if we have received your topic confirmation on google forms. To make sure you are notified that we have received your confirmation we will try our best to send out emails of confirmation the day of. If not, please continue writing your blog and it is most likely that we have confirmed your topic and there were no problems with it.

Currently we are looking for a graphic designer. Remember we are only looking for one person so if you are interested please email us with the subject title as "JOTC: Graphic Designer Applications" along with your name and any graphic designs you have done for us to look at for reference.
If you have never done graphic design but are interested in applying please make a graphic design that would fit with our organization and send that to us.
